PainCare Holdings, Inc. Accounting Fraud Class Action

Gardy & Notis, LLP has filed a lawsuit for purchasers of PainCare Holdings, Inc. (AMEX: PRZ) between August 27, 2002 to March 15, 2006, charging that PainCare and its CEO and CFO engaged in accounting fraud and violated the federal securities laws by fraudulently overstating PainCare's financial statements and results of operations.

PainCare announced on March 15, 2006, that it would have to restate its financial statements going back to its founding in 2000 in order to correct the false accounting.

The case is Atluri v. PainCare Holdings, Inc. , No. 6:06-CV-379, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
