Lexar Media, Inc. Class Action for Self-Dealing and Breach of Fiduciary Duty

Gardy & Notis, LLP has been appointed by the Court as executive committee counsel for shareholders of Lexar Media, Inc. (NASADQ: LEXR), seeking to prevent the sale of Lexar to Micron Technology Inc. based on allegations that Lexar's board of directors improperly agreed to an underpriced and unfair merger with Micron without properly considering three other bids for Lexar.
