KLA-Tencor Corporation Securities Fraud Class Action

Gardy & Notis, LLP has filed a securities fraud class action lawsuit on behalf of all purchasers of KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) stock during a class period of February 13, 2003 to May 22, 2006.

The complaint charges KLA-Tencor and its top executive officers and directors violated the federal securities laws by failing to account properly for stock options made to KLA-Tencor employees. The complaint charges that KLA-Tencor improperly expensed stock options, thereby falsely inflating the company's reported financial performance.

The case is Garber v. KLA-Tencor Corporation, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
