Coca Cola Enterprises, Inc. Derivative Litigation for Self-Dealing and Corporate Waste

Gardy & Notis, LLP has been appointed by the Court as lead counsel for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and other shareholders of Coca Cola Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: CCE) seeking to recoup damages against The Coca Cola Company (NYSE: KO) and the directors of CCE based on allegations that Coca Cola controls CCE and has manipulated CCE's operations to boost Coca Cola's reported finances, to the detriment of CCE.
