3Com Corporation/Hewlett Packard Company Class Action for Self-Dealing and Breach of Fiduciary Duty

Gardy & Notis, LLP has been appointed by the Court as lead counsel for shareholders of 3Com Corporation (NASDAQ: COMS) seeking to prevent the 3Com's plans to be cashed out by Hewlett Packard Company for $7.90 per share, based on allegations that offer to shareholders (already agreed to by 3Com's board of directors) is an unfair price, the result of an unfair sales process, and is presented to shareholders based on misleading and incomplete information.
 
The case is In re 3Com Shareholders Litigation, C.A. No. 5067-CC, Delaware Court of Chancery.
